The Vancouver dirty MP scene is largely Asian managed, and the girls working there are largely Asian. However, there are some which have a variety of non-Asian girls working. I think Vancouver sucks in General, worse than Toronto, but likely better than Edmonton (never been there myself). Whether you want to go to Seattle, where the $ is much stronger, costs are higher, and the Cops enforce this thing much more strictly, is entirely your call and I don't know if that is a wise decision. I can only say that Las Vegas is way better, but again you get what you pay for.
