I understand your disappointment. Happened to me once before too although the girl was same as pics, but she didn't look as hot.
Now I try to stick with either girls who include their face pics in the ad so I know what I am getting or I rely on authentic reviews that say that she is beautiful in person when there is no face pic in the ad. Pretty face is a very important factor for me when I am seeing a SP
