I'm struggling on this one... SilkLover's idea is pretty close, but I see that as accompanying sex.
However, if I'm well-satiated with the object of this question, then SilkLover's idea is probably a good one.

And Sybian's chocolate ice cream idea is also good with appropriate semi or totally naked ladies to help enjoy it (bar the cigars), although I'd probably have a dozen or more gourmet flavours rather than just chocolate. And how would that scene NOT involve sex as well? The choice of ladies is fine by me... though I might add one or two more into the mix...
