Royal Feet Spa in WR has an 80 all-in special right now- room+HJ- most economical that I know of. Was there yesterday- paid 100 for topless which ended with me titfucking Summer and drenching her with a heavy load.
However, getting your jollies listening to the girl next door getting banged out for full rate will probably cost you an extra 20. Or at least take buddy for a beer afterwards.

We have discussed the charge rates vs service and attitude at AMPs in other threads. Value is in the eye of the beholder. If you are getting what you need for 60 then good for you. I find that the more you chisel down the rate the more rushed the session gets, and the less interested the girl becomes. To each their own.
