On a more serious note, we might want to discuss some ground rules regards photography.
Likely to be some great photo moments, but not everyone will want to be photographed...
I suggest there should be a separate, defined place where selfies and photos can be taken, and only in that spot. Everywhere else photography is verboten.
Just putting the idea out there...

I helped organized many of these for VCA if people remembered.
We had very s tricked rules.
1. Men were by invite only.
2. SP's were allowed to bring or allow 1 male guess and he had to be screened.
3. NO PHONES, CAMERAS at all. If you can't do without your phone for a couple of hours stay home.
4 Location time and date were forwarded to those who where invited.
5. More SP's felt comfortable with these rules and felt secured since they knew that the Men were screened.
These rule kept any unwanted people at the party. As usual there are always BAD apples on the SP and Client side.
What ever happened at the party STAYED at the party.
We had many successful VCA gatherings under these rule.

Great suggestion. I'm not keen on photos either. Goal is to have fun, socialize, and respect other's boundaries and space. And extra curricular activities as appropriate ☺
This sounds all very reasonable and decreasing the likelihood of problems.
Curious though, how were the men screened? I presume it wasn't an airport body scanner
To do with the subject of screening....I sent Riza a photocopy of my butt...I assume she doesn't consider that a body scan ,as I've not heard back from her.
Sounds like fun, and would be a great opportunity to meet you ladies and have a reason to go to Richmond.
OMG, I just found it in my "Junk" folder LMAO. That's hilarious.
Been talking a little with Lo-ki since he is familiar with the previous rules and regs. which seemed to have worked so seems logical to use them for this venue.
As for the screening, I will need passport, drivers licence, health card, certificate of completion from highest schooling, note from your 5th grade teacher that you didn't diddle any of the girls in your class, note from you mother stating you can stay out all night and be with "those type of girls" , a note from your doctor proving he approves of you using the little blue pills you have in your pocket, proof that you have a suitable alibi with backup proof for the SO,(you guys can probably collaborate on this lol) and finally the approval from you counselor/AA group that you have a hall pass for the evening. (mine is attending)
ound:All kidding aside I am sure we will have a simple and unobtrusive screening process worked out shortly.

Many many other things happen in that gathering...OMG... it was such a blast..
VCA was a very tight social group.This sounds all very reasonable and decreasing the likelihood of problems.

Screening was done by some of the MOD's on VCA and also by the SP's themselves.
Body scanners weren't at the Airport at the time.
So syb sent you a picture of his junk....figures...does it look like he was trying for sympathy or was he looking to impress?
As for screening, when we did the WERL thing, the ladies got a list of who wanted to attend, just to weed out anybody they had had issues with. As to the guys, they could sort it out themselves....mind you if there were any ongoing issues from the Board that were raised by any of the ladies, then again...sorry but...grow up and try again.
Though with 33 men and 3 women you might want to change rule #2 to Sp's being allowed to bring other SP's. Otherwise the queue might be pretty long.
Please note that paid advertisers and possible most women members in general can't vote on this poll. The female contingent is much higher, just not reflected in the totals. I know of 7 for sure so far and 3 more probable.
I have to update my list and include the ladies that have pm'd me or emailed to confirm.
