Visiting Vancouver

Howdy all - I'm visiting Vancouver in a couple weeks and am not as familiar with the particulars of how your city is now operating under the nearly year old laws. Last I heard, the police weren't enforcing the whole paying for sex between consenting adults. Is that still the case? Is that's what's happening in practice? Any threads or discussions you can point me to or I can search would be appreciated.

Correct. In practice, police are mostly looking the other way. Review section is quite active.

Mostly? Have there been charges laid under c36 that aren't a part of trafficking or pimping, etc. type of things.

I said "mostly" because I'm not totally all-knowing. As far as I know, no prosecutions/stings have beeen made in Vancouver because of bill C36. Anybody care to correct me?
