So from experienxe, what's the norm?

Full name? age? some ID's?

I know everyone is differnt, but what is generally something that is a must give?

It depends on the sp. They will often ask for age, race, occupation , full name and contact info. Some also ask for board handles and references.

I don't usually ask for this info. I trust my own instincts, and often in the few instances that I have ignored them it hasn't gone that well. If I have my doubts then I shouldn't proceed.

I always ask for a phone call for first time visitors because that way I can tell if this person is for me or not.

What do SP's generally look for? Is it a matter of "hey, I like his voice, I'll probably enjoy my time" or more of a "He sounds really professional about things, respectful and so on"

I'm leaning towards the latter, but I guess it's more of a combination of both I guess.
