All I can say is thank you judges for not naming my favourite IPA a winner.

It's been way too difficult finding it already. I actually have to use the BC Liquor Stores App to see who has stock lol

Some fine beers there. Some familiar with, many I'm not. Very well stocked new liquor store recently opened near me on Denman Street. Huge selection of craft beer. Methinks I'll be able to find many of these beers there. Yay. Nice to see Hermann's Dark Lager from Victoria win gold. Have always loved that beer.

here's a secret for anybody that makes beer and is trying to duplicate the taste of guinness stout - 'carbonate' the beer with nitrogen rather than carbon dioxide :thumb:

Guinness' widget in their cans uses nitrogen. One of the best innovations in canned beer ever
