If someone advertises at 200/hr but expects a tip of 50 they should be honest and advertise at 250/hr.
Tipping after the fact for exceptional service is fine but tipping beforehand in the hopes of better service is not good. She already has your money so there is no incentive.
It is different if it is someone you know and you can count on, but there are a lot of flaky unreliable ladies. My worst experience was with a very expensive highly rated lady who was cracked out for our session. Should I have paid her a tip up front, not likely.
