Anyone who would invite someone into their home to sell anything expensive is an idiot.

I sell shit on cl sometimes. Always meet in public. Yeah, some assholes don't show up when they say they will, but safety first.

Ones who don't show up are most likely the ones to be very very suspect of. You'll always have your " waste of time " ones but, when they bail after you mention to meet in public......look out. Just my 2 cents.

Agree, but I mean the one who agree to meet in public and then don't turn up.. Same ones often agree to meet at a home and don't show.

I've never heard of guys doing that before.

You could have your buddy on the line when you're walking up to the door, so if it's a bait and switch/fake photos incident, he can yell 'run dude, run!!' while the little head is trying to convince you to stay.
