This question goes out to SPs and pooners. Have any of you ever ended up in a relationship, SP to pooner? Has anyone ever had it last to long term or permanent ? Interested in all opinions... I ask because for the second time in 5 years it seems to be happening again. First one was a flash in the pan, it was never going to go anywhere for lots of reasons...

What were the logistics, did she keep on servicing so to speak?

What were all the ins and outs? Was it just a fantasy with no chance ?

Cheers

I had one a few years back. Basically consider it as an open relationship - she's free to sleep with others and so are you.

Simply cannot apply conventional rules. You have to learn how to separate love and sex.

All that matters is that you're happy together.

Send a PM to sphubby- I'm sure he has a world of insight that he's just salivating over to share.
I'm pretty sure this subject has been beaten to death in many threads.
Good luck with your relationship!:)

Yout definitely can't be the jealous type of guy...or posesive. .
And I guess it will depends on what each of you want out of the relationship .
If you are willing to support her so she does not have to work ..or does she still want to work and make her own money from escorting .

I have found most don't want to work at escorting if they are in a relationship..But do go back to it if there is a shortage of money..or their needs are not being met.
After all they have a different perspective on life them many women..They know how men are. They know they can get what they want from other men besides you..

So there are a lot of ifs and maybes that will determine what type of relationship you will have.

I was an older guy trying to keep up and full fill the needs of much younger women.. I never could never quit make it work.. .Made some great friends.. but not much else.

I'm not sure how I would handle her job. I think it would be a matter of us sitting down and talking about it. Probably be best to lay out some ground rules. Mostly just be really open from the start. I'm not in any position to judge in anyway what she does.

I will say I am more than willing to accept her past. I would be willing to do that with anyone and love them through it all. I am so far from perfect myself and I would be a total hypocryt to judge her in anyway. She would have to be able to do the same for me and my past. I get the feeling this part is quite doable with her. Just have that vibe you know...

You're very right abouit security in myself. Very important as I screwed that one up a long time ago. Trust and honesty are so huge in all this. I was once told, when you break that with a woman it's definitely over. You turn the tap off and that's it!

We are all broken and all have our disasters I guess...

Thanks for your input MissTanya

I was very close to an SP for a few years. Best policy was don't ask, don't tell.
I never ran around on her but accepted what she did.
I never asked about anything, but when she wanted or needed to talk I listened and tried not to judge. This is a tough job emotionally for some women and they need support, not advice or criticism. One thing you will learn is that sp's deal with some real total assholes, guys that have no right to exist. It affects the way you relate to other guys.
A few months ago a guy at work went off on a rant about how he wanted to get a hooker and do all kinds of stupid shit...it was so hard not to just knock that fucker out. Prepare for that sort of thing.

LMAO dd, I think I will keep my mouth shut this time, no good ever comes of it lol. I also agree last time around I think most things were covered.

I will agree with MissTanya the L word is necessary. If its about sex you are no different than the clients she has visit her. If its about companionship, respect, loving and everything else that goes with a caring nurturing relationship you have a much chance of it working as anyone else.

Just keep the sex and love separate and support, love and as Tanya says "keep the jealousy monster" in check and it may just work out, it has for me and us :clap2:

The plus side is when she has colleagues over for dinner :eyebrows:

It's definitely safe to say that we end up shacking up with many of our clients -off the m clock :) there are success stories out there between clients and spa. I'm not one of them although I've dated a few of my own clients over the years. Either they were ok with what I did or It drove them crazy. Come to think of it. It could have just been been me in general that drove them away. Ha ha ha...... The weak ones ......... I've got a strong personality, I'm hard to handle and I'm an escort on top of it all. Takes a special kind of man to handle me :) :) :)

Good luck in your new relationship. -- my advice, always talk it through. Don't leave feelings unaddressed. Say what you feel at all times. Have your boundaries. Always be working and improving your communication skills with one another.

There's a song, I know it's by tailor swift but I Dt remember which one it is. However there a line in the song that stuck out for me that I remembered as the words are very relatable.
Something to the effect of. " I'm your worst nightmare dressed up as a daydream. "

Many of us are so completely different in our everyday lives than we are by the hour and it's important to really understand the two worlds.

I'm very much the same person all the time but there are definitely differences.

I think for one of the clients I dated years ago it was all more of a daydream for him. He was far more into being with " tianna" the hot young super popular escort in the city than he was the real me.

That is a great post. Open, honest and simply worthy of quoting because of the message.

In Your Wildest Dreams!
Are you strong enough to handle her job? If she quits, are you strong enough to handle her past?

In regards to open relationships..I think the L-word is necessary...you have to genuinely care for someone enough to handle opening up the doors..Your feelings have to be strong enough, plus you have to feel secure & happy with yourself to have any chance in a fight with the Jealousy Monster... I don't think I'd ever have a relationship that wasn't open ever again. I know men like exploring, its nature, so I'd never force monogamy on someone..I think doing so just creates a situation that feeds lying & cheating.. But if monogamy just naturally happens on it's own, than so be it..I'm not one to argue with nature either way lol

Even in FWB situations...feelings happen... I'm not in any position to be giving advice..I'm guilty of creating my own beautiful disaster in my personal life.
See how smart this girl is? See why we have so much fun together? She's smart, sexy, and funny too! She's exactly on point with my feelings on this issue as well. Monogamy is not a natural state for primates!

I've only crossed the line once... But I can definitely relate with being too much for most (possibly any) man to handle.. I'm even too much for myself to handle somedays...
Lmfo !!!(not at you but at your comment , I feel the same ) Some days I wish I can with an I operating Manuel.
