KNL didn't go bust. Rather, they got caught with their hand in the cookie jar, if you know what I mean. Hence the name change.
Kangnamlady got caught shilling their girls and saying bad things about VIP.....

If they were busted, then how can they still be in business? Wouldn't they have arrested the guys in charge here in Winnipeg?
"IF" arrested in Wpg, then likely released on a promise to appear in court or released on bail.
If you look around the scene of asian groups that were active, VIP and KNL are still around but the one missing is Candyland so I would put my money on them as the group that got busted.
And if a drug dealer was busted and told to appear in court for a later date, would he go out and start dealing drugs after he left the cop shop? I do believe the cops (RCMP and Wpg Police) are watching KNL and VIP, so the decision to communicate or go there does seem risky.
