It's a funny remark in a way, but maybe totally unfair to Chloe. One can get the impression she has anything to do with cameras and/or bbfs, but it's actually referring to other people at that incall. I don't have first hand knowledge, but I can explain the references.
It seems to be established in
this thread that certain incall had cameras including one in the bedroom.
There were a few girls working at that location as mentioned
for example here.
One of the girls there (not Chloe) was known to advertise bbfs in her ad a while ago. Hence the joke "bbfs camera" as it's likely the camera actually did capture some bbfs activity.
To my understanding, most of the girls there are the victims. I would consider seeing them when I'm sure they distance themselves both from the incall (doh) and from the owner of that incall.
