Nothing in the world is as fragile as the male ego... it can be very easily bruised, dented or otherwise injured, especially in front of other men! That's one thing I do know for sure. However, I tend to think that if a man is older and married, its much more noble to see SP's than to have a full blown affair. It's what I would prefer if I was going to have a husband that felt the need to sleep outside our marriage. But then again, I don't want a husband and if I did, he'd be far too sexually exhausted to go anywhere else lol I would be the one having to get my needs fulfilled elsewhere, and that's a fact! ound:

It's always a subject that comes up, and is a part of the lifestyle , and who we are.
I've even heard of a few ladies by the stories...respectfully of course...that are members here.
I've known cowboys that will spend a winter in a lonley line shack, come out in spring and head straight to Vancouver, for a week of company.
I've also known many who have had relationships , and married a SP, and many are still together to this very day.
So yes.. if the company is right, meaning no young impressionable bucks that'll say something really stupid . And if the group is seasoned veterans , that have worn a lot of leather from the tree. We will talk about horses, cattle , trails ,and the lovely ladies that we choose to temporarily spend our time, and Cowboy wages on.

When I started this hobby I was an early 20 something year old who only been laid twice in his life and it seemed taboo or sad to have to pay someone for sex.

So back then I'd never share with anyone. As I got to my mid-twenties, I've talked to a friend off hand about looking to see an SP for birthday and what we were looking for. So I did end up sharing a bit with him, but never shared expensively of the girls I've seen or how frequency I've been pooning for.

I still feel based on the groups of people I spend the most time with, I think they will still look down on the hobby. Majority of my friends are either in their first long term relationship or about to get married. It might seem silly to them that I would do this instead of trying to find a stable relatinship and be with one person.

Well it's like how some girls have sex toys, and when the fleshlight first came out. Guys had this wtf feeling because it is like why do you need a male sex toy? Why don't you just use your hand like every other guy.

I still feel uncomfortable sharing all the details about my pooning experience. Sometimes sharing details about how much I paid or how often I go, or how long I've been doing this hobby for. I've always felt safer sharing this with some anonymity on this site. Like I've pm message some people and we share more personal information, but even then I've never met any of them in person.

Part of me kinda want to meet some members in person, like a meetup group. I'm just not sure what to expect from the members who will show up, kinda like when I decide to TOFTT lol

I have 4 friends who know for sure about my hobby. 2 ladies who I used to work with; 1 buddy who I steered into the hobby after he separated from his wife and one other friend I have been trying to convince to get into it. I have a lot of friends who, I think suspect it, and a whole bunch of people who wouldn't be surprised.
I keep getting more open about it and I do worry that at some point I will make an unrecoverable error. But so far, so good

I share it with 1 really good friend who is also my coworker, I text him right after I see an SP and sometimes before lol. We've jokingly talked about maybe one time doing a duo with an SP that provides it and just high fiving each other during the session, like the "London Bridge Game". He's only done this thing once and it was with an auntie at an asian micro place which is what kinda discouraged him to continue it, I told him to look through perb for good reviews before seeing an SP.

Your best not to share, gives people ammo to use against you and you never know who else they told it can get around behind your back and can wind up costing you dearly. To us it's normal to the general population it's taboo!

I shared the hobby with one friend and I regretted if ever since.

I have met a few pooners for coffee, dinner and lunches which turned out to be a good thing. Interesting on all of those occasions nobody bragged at all. We all shared info about who we liked to see and to find out about other SP's we were researching at the time

few years ago I did hire one, my landlord happened to be around to collect the rent and he asked if he could join and I wouldn't have to pay rent at the time...
to be honest with you it caught me offguard when he suggested that and it made me seriously awkward because I hired her for well.. myself..

A guy can brag about his Ferrari but if it's "always in the shop", people think he's full if shit. How many SP's are willing to meet a pooner's buddies? And is she willing to take the risk of being outed or running into a mutual client unknowingly to all parties....or even being seen in public with an unknown man by her friends?

You can only share this hobby with like-minded people. Kind of like "Bronies", other people just don't understand.

I always go on social dates and to parties and work events with clients. I'm not worried about anything. If I was seen out and for whatever reason didn't want that person to know what I was doing I guess I would say e're friends. I have friends of all ages and demographics as I find people, especially those markedly different from myself, totally fascinating.
But again, I'm an anomaly that gives zero fks about anyone's approval or disapproval... I'm terrible like that, but as long as me and my date are having a great time together, who cares about anyone else?
