Strange Things In Your Life

Just a little something out of the ordinary in the forum ('cause we don't get enough of that kinda stuff around here).

The toilet paper dispenser I have mounted in the wall has one screw that isn't in all the way. When I put a fresh roll on and pull off a strip the roll hits the head of the screw and makes a soft "fud fud" sound. I find it strangely comforting knowing that I have a full roll of tissue at the ready. Over time, as the roll gets smaller the sound gradually fades and is gone and I forget about it. Then when I install a new roll, I am delighted (I'm easily amused) when I hear the sound again.
I always say "Welcome back, Elmer."

What is your strangeness?

Same with me!! Or my dreams will continue from where they left off the night before.. I love dreaming.
I however had my first experience with sleep paralysis.. That was the scariest thing ever!

When I want to figure out if I'm dreaming or not, I jump..gravity is different in dreamland..

I often have huge flocks of seagulls and ravens perch on the roof of my building. When something startles them, the whole flock takes off at once, swooping down and away right in front of my balcony. So for a few amazing seconds each time it happens, I'm at eye level in the middle of a flock of birds.

One of my cats takes showers. Not everyday but at least once a week he'll jump in the tub with me and sit till his fur is soaked... then he'll jump out and meow till I grab a towel & dry him off.

Really strange actually,

I have those many times, its deja vu. I will be somewhere and than it hits me, everything around me has been dreamed of before. The things in the room or area are just as I dreamed and than I know I can dream the future if only a a second or two.

The disturbing thing is...The Rotweiller seems to like it. If a bear or mountain lion comes near my house, the dog will defend the cat instead of me.

Tell you what....I'll throw a couple extra in the back of the truck, and hogtie them.Then head towards Chilliwack.
I'll open the tailgate.....You find someone you don't like that much, and can run slower than both of us,.. to untie their legs.
If you'd rather see them in their natural environment...We may have to talk about that.
