Why would a well known sports figure/commenter go for a SP in the biggest fish bowl of the day?
Further, why would he argue about service fee amount? Even if he was perhaps being taken advantage of?
Stupid, and stupid again. And if there was an assault, super stupid.

If he's doing SPs, then he possibly would have a trusted regular or few at home.
That being a possibility, then keep it in the pants until you get home.... simple.

It sounds like the all too familiar story of how these guys behaviour starts to become erratic as a result of the damage they've done to their brains

Either way guy was a beast on the field. Guess all those hits to the head really effected his decision making. I mean how the F do you loose a $100 million+? I still cant comprehend that.

Beverly Hills. In the Kitchen eatin' vittles.
Many are supporting a "posse" or "entourage" (as they call it) of 20-80 people!
Yes they love to surround themselves with people who constantly tell them how great they are. There is never a shortage of Gold Diggers and Yes Men.
Another reason I've heard and the example I heard was Allen Iverson, that many of these kids are paying a debt to gangs. Growing up in gang controlled areas of US cities, the gangs see a kid with potential they will approach them and their family. They tell them they will leave him alone and protect him but when he becomes rich and famous he owes them.
I know this doesn't apply to all African American athletes but I'm sure there are quite a few.

Charles Barkley said that if an African-American who gets rich doesn't share his wealth with his family and friends, they tell him "You're not black enough anymore," and Barkley said that young blacks take that to heart.

And, you are spot-on about the "they (family and friends) feel that you owe them."
Barkley also admiited to losing $10 million through gambling.

Warren Sapp is not going to jail for a probation violation in his prostitution case -- as prosecutors had requested ... and instead, the charges have been dropped ... TMZ Sports has learned.
Sapp got the all clear from a judge in Phoenix on Monday afternoon. As we first reported ... prosecutors in the case wanted Sapp locked up because they believe he violated probation when he got arrested in Las Vegas for allegedly beating up a girlfriend.
But the judge agreed with Sapp's lawyer Craig Mehrens, who argued the Hall of Famer had already completed the terms of his plea deal before the Vegas arrest.
Under that plea deal, Sapp would have the solicitation and assault charges dismissed once he completed the necessary classes.
Mission accomplished for Sapp.
