What's the Best Practice with SP's working from the same complex you live in.

Recently an escort started advertising that she is working from a specific location.

By the photos she posted and the corner location she advertised it is obvious to me that she works from the same complex that I live in. I am wondering whether other pooners visit an SP who is working out of the same CONDO building that they live in? Wondering whether I should book her or avoid her? Has anyone else had this experience? Is it best to keep home life away from pooning ambitions?

If it's your privacy you are worried about - what's the difference - you go to her, she comes to you - you are both known in the building.

As far as how you interact in casual meetings - discuss it with her if you end up seeing her. It's much easier if you both are on the same page.

I had this exact experience where a massage provider was in the same building I lived in. I mentioned it to her in a friendly manner only to have her move to another location the next month.

Think from this limited experience you might want to keep it to yourself that you are a neighbor but of course depends on the person and circumstances.

I was horrified to think I caused the hassle of a move for this lady who was of Japanese background and provided what she called a "sports massage" with optional HE.

my suggestion was for outcall to your place

if you are good at keeping your mouth shut, you can visit her place incall and get a feel for her service level and attitude with relative impunity

obviously you have to be careful that she's not on the same floor as you as that would lead to running into her inadvertently for sure. but given that elevator passcards can only grant you access to your floor, going to her place should be relatively safe, just tell her you live elsewhere in the metropolis and she'll never know

Very very bad idea.

Similar story in our building a few years ago. We all found out about it through the strata council meetings. Without giving too much details (could be other members of my building here on PERB!) One rental tenant was working, another (owner) was looking, and shit happened, everyone found out, pooner totally fucked up over it, sold, moved out. Working girl evicted.

I had a long term experience with being a strata council chair person. We had over 100 units. There wasn't anything that went on that we weren't aware of. A good friend of mine today is in the same position in a downtown building. Lot of cameras that he has access to. Same story in his building. Does the strata council tell other people's business? Not officially and more often it is others in the building telling us the issues. So don't think you are private at all. The odd indiscretion can go unuoticed for sure but keep it up and you will be tripped up.
