A Day at the Spa.. Suggestions?

I've never really had a "day at the spa" before and I was thinking I might treat myself for an upcoming special day... I know it's strange that I'm a bit new to this as I am a bodyworker myself (shouldn't I have the inside scoop?!) But I guess I tend to be more of a giver than a receiver... In any case... I would love to hear some of your favourite day spas (I am thinking massage, facial, mani/pedi as a start but I'm Open to suggestions for other services) around Vancouver area.
My requirements? CLEAN, understands/executes great customer service and not too pretentious!

It is entirely worth your while to drive to Langley, completely bypass $pa Utopia and go directly to Milica Salon and Spa in Walnut Grove. If there is still an esthetician there named Ashley, she is outstanding! Milica offers everything that Spa Utopia does at a MUCH better price point and better quality service, in my opinion!

I looove the Spa at the Wedgewood Hotel. Not pretentious, just very luxurious and enjoyable.

Spa at the Century ... all of the spa essentials plus the use of the pool and gym complimentary for being their guest. You could literally hang out for the whole day

For ambiance, Spa Utopia is amazing. However, they are very pricey, and in all honesty, there service is mediocre at best.

I find the best massages are at Silver Springs Medical Spa. It is a Korean spa, and the girls have all worked and trained in various countries, so you get a really eclectic massage, with the best Eastern elements. They are very reasonably priced as well. Facials there are above average, but I have no experience with their mani/pedi.
