Is it just me or are there other pooners who are looking for ads at BP, CL and ERS for snow day discounts? Or is it just snowing in Langley and I am just out of look for getting a bargain to venture out on the roads today? Come on Ladies where are those ads at those sites?

The girls on hastings might be willing to give you a discount. They'd want a warm car to be in.

It kind of looks like the girls on Hastings did pick up on the idea quick enough, but I think I will pass LOL
They (& their pimps) have found out about erslist/craigs a long time ago. Instead of 60/session, they are getting men to pay 120/160. Any man who see's those pictures and visits them is setting themselves up for a disappointment. A picture tells a thousands words.

Personally, I just decided I'd curl up in front of the fire, play word games, drink coffee, have a nap, do my nails, condition my hair, shop online, and do all kinds of things that I don't normally get enough time to do in a single day. Now, I'm relaxing with someone special, watching a movie before heading upstairs for spectacular naughty dirty bad fun...

I don't offer snow day discounts, frequent flyer programs, BOGO offers, or coupons, I'm afraid. You seem to have confused me with Walmart.

is BOGO like BLO N GO?
Buy one get one...

And Pierre, mon vieux, of course I shop at Walmart too...it's where I buy groceries and toilet paper.

I get my lingerie at LaSenza (until I can afford LaPerla) and my cosmetics at MAC & Sephora; my shoes at Aldo & Town Shoes; I'd buy the gumboots I walk my dog in from Walmart...

Sorry...what were we talking about again? :D

I dunno but thoughts of lingerie have made my glasses go all foggy. :) How the hell did that happen?

I dunno...I had a lovely visitor this evening, who fought the traffic and the snow and the downtown drivers...why? Because he'd been trying to repeat his last visit for 8 months? Because he had a fantastic time with me last year? Because he needed a good, solid pampering session, including a massage, full service, a foot treatment and msog? Because he prefers to save up his pennies for one longer (2-hour) session, rather than shorter sessions more often? And he bestowed upon me the standard 2-hr donation...did I miss something?

When one is paying for quality, is it normal to haggle? Reminds me of Louis Vuitton in Hong Kong, with the lines of customers outside. Rarely did they have 'sale' prices. On the other hand, if you wanted a Louis Vuitton knock-off, you then went over the border to Shenzhen, where indeed you would be haggling over the price.
Two different markets.

What the fuck is wrong with offering a snow day discount?

A lot of businesses do it, and it's not because their product is worth less, but an incentive to get people to go to the trouble and expense and risk to get to where that product is. By saying you'll NEVER offer a discount due to weather is denigrating the value of your customer. That customer is the one doing all the work and taking the risk to get to the product, so why would a reward of a discount be so distasteful?

I never said that, but you might also want to consider there are hundreds of providers of any service, including sex, and using incentive pricing, especially when customers are not only spending their hard-earned money, but also going to extraordinary means because of weather to get to your place of business it might be a much-appreciated recognition of the determination and difficulty they may have getting to your service.

If you're lucky enough to be a indie and in control of your own schedule. If you find it slow because of what's happening in the community or the weather is keeping people home or it's family day weekend and the phone isn't ringing. It's up to yourself what you want to do for incentive, offer a weather situation special, offer a breakfast special loaf of bread dozen eggs and pound of bacon more power to you. Or if you decide you want to stay home and take care of things you don't normally have time to do, more power to you ladies.

I don't understand why the guys are whining about it though? If you ladies are indies do what your heart desires, just my opinion.

Fuck me some people are either obtuse or ultra-sensitive.

I merely posited, "What is wrong with a weather discount"? I didn't suggest people should do it, I didn't suggest it de-valued anyone and I didn't say I wanted it, just that it is common in any business to offer incentives when business is slow.

To those providers who think they are so beyond such a thing I suggested they aren't that unique, despite what they might think.

I guess the confusion could be in the interpretation ... but I'd think (just one female's perspective) if someone needs incentive in order to convince himself to get a blow-job maybe he really doesn't want one.
