There is a big difference between someone that works out and someone who dedicates there life,to fitness . In every way is there a difference . Body and Mind completely different than someone that works out just to look good an athlete strives to be excellent at what they do .

Yes that is correct vancity_cowboy I have been hitting the gym lately & doing it very hard & have completely changed my life in for an incredibly healthy one. However I could possibly be considered a health & fitness nut now but I have only been hard at it for a couple months yet have lost roughly 10 lbs & have way more energy and am much happier but if he's looking for a girl who is all muscle then I'm not quite there yet but I am naturally a very fit person & keep incredibly active.
