You make this sound like an exam question...
We are in a period of flux and transition, but I don't think it will last long before the current government brings new legislation to the house.
Prices probably won't change much in the short term given the variety of factors operating with different implications.

That entire site (unknown to me until now) is also a Republican, Christian rag, not worth the pixels it takes to publish it. Check the quality of the commentary by its readers. Anti-abortion, anti-gay -- of course it would be against prostitution.
