Escorts, what is your incall location like? for clients, what's the best incall location you've ever been to? A Yaletown apartment, studio or residential house in the suburbs? I see a lot of ads saying luxury condos but I know that most ladies don't actually live there. I expect most to be tidy, maybe sparsely furnished and dimly lit to set the mood.

Honey, Ladies in red cannot vote! Just FYI.

But yes, keeping tidy, lots of clean towels cloths, romantic lighting. I have a very private location in South Vancouver right now. It's great becuase there is no elevator! I like to have my ambient music playing in the background too.

And yes, everyone can have a different definition of "luxury condo". ;)

edit: oh and may I say: CLEAN, STOCKED BATHROOM!

I'm sure that preference, for the gentlemen, has a lot to do with convenience of location. I can't vote but I'm in favour of the high-rise condo (whichever neighbourhood you choose, there should be a fair bit of traffic, in order to blend in), tastefully decorated, uber-clean, pet-free, and well-stocked.

I've always preferred highrise condo buildings. They seem safer and more discreet. Some of the newer buildings have these security people at the lobby desk which can be somewhat uncomfortable.......if they question you etc--- although, I'm not sure if they are allowed to question you ?
they do when you are the girl! i recently went on an outcall where there was foot security on the grounds . he watched me get out of the taxi , phone my client and ring the buzzer . then he comes up and asks what the nature of my business is.! i told him it was none of his business perhaps hed like to discuss it with my boyfriend upstairs . i was naked except for stockings and a short trenchcoat so i was a little edgy haha

Easy answer for me. Hotel/Motel.

I have that advantage over you locals, and use it each trip to see one of my all-time favorites for a get-together.

Next get-together will be this weekend, as she has just confirmed.

From the visitor's perspective, there's really no difference between most condos and an apartment.

looked at me dubiously and bid me a good night . hightailed it around the corner ;) almost said my dad and realized it was 2am hehe
If I was the security guy, I would be suspicious also. 2am and coming out from a taxi? It's pretty obvious what's going on but he can't really do much.

really ?so no chance that people who live there might have been out at a club or work nights and take a taxi home/to visit boyfriend ? . if you are female and in a taxi at 2 am its obvious you are an escort?and he watched me ring the buzzer and heard the door buzz open . cmon seriously ?

I assume that "other " includes basement suites. I recall my first (and only) experience...when I left the neighbours were having a BBQ. They nodded and smiled as I left... swore off suites and small apartment blocks ever since. :pound:

I think doormen and hotel staff develop a sixth sense when it comes to who's doing what with whom. It might be your first time there at 2am, but you could be the third lady to go up to the same suite in one night, or maybe a certain apartment number orders ladies every Wednesday at 2am ... and when in you're in the biz long enough, they'll remember seeing you if you go back for regulars.

;)
it was a rent a cop on foot patrol ...these were condos above the shops at morgan creek

As a client, the 'best' place, is one that has comfort, safety and economy ... for both parties.

Seems hi-rise condo is the most "practical". Allows some degree of anonymity for all parties. Expenses may be shared through any number of arrangements. Provides separation of work-place and home. Hotels bring to mind stories of sting operations by LE and dodgy operators. Private house or smaller apartment building comes with noisy & inquiring neighbors.
i found that living in a hi rise brought more nosy neighbors. especially the elderly worried about a home invasion or just being lonely and bored. my duplex i have no problems whatsoever noone above no one below...and i have a massage table so if anyone should ask im a massage therapist to supplement my income. mind you i have a full time job ,so very low volume .

If you lived there, you wouldn't need to be buzzed in. I'm pretty sure most gf's don't visit there bf's at 2am. It's like those massage places still open at 11pm or have all the curtains drawn all the time, anyone with any common sense would know those aren't legit businesses. People know what's going on but as long as it's discreet, most don't care. I was in Singapore and a lot of locals were using a hotel room for a few hours/day. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what they were planning to do in the room.
