thanks but yeah i do all that and more and the great perb tells me they are too big no matter what
It sounds like you're trying to upload them to perb. I think, with the exception of an avatar, you have to host the images on another site and link to them. Not sure how you can get around the limitations for an avatar. Maybe one of the ladies can help you with that.
thanks MM i was trying to upload to perb because it gives that option of uploading from my computer. so if that doesn't work,they should remove the option
I just tested it in this very thread and it worked. I deleted it because I think it may be against posting guidelines to post advertiser images in the lounge.
I'm guessing that you still have the original somewhere. Maybe on your computer. I would suggest hosting it on a site other than erslist. You could probably make some size adjustments, either on your computer before posting them or even on one of the image hosting sites (I've been using postimage lately). The huge "erslist.com" watermark is fine for that site but I'm not sure if you want it on your perb ads -- maybe even a personalized watermark to protect your images from being lifted by someone else trying to pass themselves off using your images.
I've found that some of the ladies like a really large sig pic but I went through my library and chose some smaller photos to upload...I asked for help and I've followed the advice that Man Mountain is suggesting.
cherise, you can use the Photo editor link at the bottom of ers homepage to crop out the stuff in the background. Or you can just blur the background
