I am in the position of possibly renting a gorgeous newly renovated, furnished two bedroom condo from friends, but the price is a little steep and I'm hoping I can find a reliable lady with the same level of professionalism to share an incall with. The great part is that the friends offering me the opportunity are aware of my line of work and very supportive. They actually suggested finding someone to work with.
I don't know how successful I will be posting on perb, but what the hell?
Someone I will share with:
- pays her half of the rent on time and without hassle
- cleans up after herself and her guests
- a pervy and clever sense of humour is always appreciated
- NEVER talks shop anywhere in or around the building, except quietly in the condo
- is respectful of the neighbours
- is respectful of restocking anything used
- is drug free
- does not use the incall as a party house, guest house, or storage unit
- NO DRAMA - boyfriend, girlfriend, family, work, financial WHATEVER I don't care. I'm too old for that shit. This is still a job, leave your issues at home.
