The point of this, which has been made brilliantly by everyone here, is that physical "perfection" is a false construct. Aside from our hard-wired attraction to signs of physical health, it's all a myth.
All of the following women have been considered a "10" :
When I was in school, I was called "n___er lips" I mean, what the hell is up with that? Is it still considered racist? Anyways, one day, seemingly out of the blue for me, people find them attractive, so they're attractive. It sure wasn't hip when Clara Bow was the bomb, either.
Things come in and out of "style" or "fashion" because people need to sell shit, and in order to sell more shit, you have to make people unsatisfied with what they already have. The way to do this is just to bombard you with images of what you desire a person to find attractive with something else you already know the person finds attractive enough times and/or with enough intensity...boom...that's attractive.
Like sheeple we are led...
I'm manipulated by ads, I admit. So many times I buy stuff and realize afterwards that it was the advertising alone that made me buy this "thing". I didn't need it, I didn't even really want it, but I bought it anyways.
Most of the time, though, I can view things around me with skepticism. Why is small better than big or big better than small, green better than blue or blue better than green?
This girl may seem like a 10:
But she isn't waterproof. Sure, Real Love Dolls are waterproof, but they can't talk yet.
I guess flawed humans are all we have.
