Question for the Ladies? What Hair color do you prefer?

I Grew up with Dark Black Hair, now that I have aged I still have lots of hair but it is now Salt and Pepper.
At one point I tried the dying route, now I just leave it alone.

What do the Ladies Like ?

Salt and pepper is hot. I'm more into the shape of the head though. I like good bone structure.

I had a friend though who told me he had trouble picking up girls in their 20's when he had salt and pepper hair. He was like mid-40's, I used to work with him and almost ended up in a 3 way open marriage with him and his wife...crazy times....anyways, he couldn't pick up girls in their 20's when he had grey hair for love or money. I thought the way he constantly went on about 18 year old asses and other things was really totally fucking disrespectful to his wife, who rocked and if it had been only her....well....I digress.

I realize this isn't an issue for a cougar lover such as yourself, but this may be advice for the other gents who may be reading.

Grey hair=hot for women 30+ Not so much for early 20's women.
