For the benefit of UhOh, I would point out that the risks with Viagra et al are pointed out on the Patient Information Sheets that come with the prescription. I can assure you that no drug company would include any negative information about their drug unless the risk was real.

That drugs come with side effects and risks isn't surprising. If used responsibly according to doctors guidelines those risks can be reduced to a manageable level.
My comment relate to the video and not so much the drug. Seems it was produced more as a comedy than a public service warning. Zero data with a questionable reenactment.
