I'd definitely go with "after" if it was natural but like the song says...those silicone parts are made for toys...so I have to go with "before". It's really about being proportionate. Some women get breast implants just to be proportionate and I get that.Hmmmm...A or B?
I am in the minority considering the popularity of someone like Pamela Anderson but that does nothing for me...to each his own.
I knew a girl that got lips on her stomach and butt implants... However, with all the fat cells gone from her stomach and unable to collect there, combined with her love of eating her butt just kept getting bigger and bigger and she ended up looking a little silly...

Guys are mostly predictable when it comes to the female body. T&A is what gets our heads to turn but there are also other areas, sometimes less visible, that are nearly as appealing. Apart from enjoying a perfect ass and shapely legs, I also like a nice mid riff on a woman with tasteful bellybutton jewellry drawing attention to that area.
I'm sure lots of guys would be surprised by the variety of answers of what womens favorite male bodypart is...though general concensus is often revealed when a thread with male eye candy appears.
But one might think that someone like Jessica James would be attracted to someone with massive shoulders and ripped arms but she has commented several times that is pretty much the opposite and that she prefers guys with some meat on them...ie a lot more bodyfat than her.
