no, not as far as i know. he was struggling mostly and was part of the first wave of online advert sites. he had a hard time convincing me to pay for an ad. once he did i was stoked. i got alot of good business from it.

i think hostess bars rock though and hope we could see some new ones pop up here again once the city passes its new open policy....hostess bars seem to be the ultimate work environment. its like a party when you work rather than sitting and waiting for clients an an agency or MP....

hollywood north was hijacked back in the day. the guy who built it was an awesome guy who worked his ass of making it a popular site. the guy who owned the server( not sure if the term is right) stole it from him and ran it into the ground. it was a shame. he didn't deserve it.

so, it wasn't simply a sign of the times. he was attacked.
