My own words of wisdom. This is a real life reality check for me and I am going to slow life down.
I found myself in severe pain a few nights ago, I could hardly move or take a breath, after tossing and turning for 2 hours and things the pain getting worse, I got in my car and drove to hospital. My thoughts were my god I do not want to die, I have so much to do in life still, I want to see my kids grow up and see there success.

I thought I was in good health, life is great, new home, new ventures. I got to hospital and me miss independant was rushed into trauma right away.
I will not go into details this is my so real recent life experience.

My words of wisdom to all.
Life can be cut so short! Embrace the ones you love.
Do not take life for granted it is very precious
Forgive and put grudges aside (not just here in life)
Please enjoy respect and accept things for what they are
We can not change the world but we can respect

Enjoy and be happy everyday as it truly could be your last.

I am not better yet I have. A long road ahead but my god it is not my time and to hell if I am going to leave this world when I have so much positive in it.

That is it folks hope you get what I am saying. Be safe and take care.

And one trip to the doctor or in your case the e.r. and your whole world can change and does.
