Peeing in public in Richmond Center

We’re not sure what to make of this. A mother appears to have asked her son to relieve himself into a garbage can while in public at Richmond Centre.

Last time we checked, there are plenty of washrooms inside Richmond’s largest shopping centre.

However, for this guardian, a short walk to one of the mall’s washrooms proved to be too much of a distance. For some reason, the boy had to urinate into a garbage can out in the open inside Richmond Centre. What happened to public etiquette?

I dont think there is any reason to be urinating in a garbage cans considering Richmond center has several washrooms.

Okay, sure there is plenty of washrooms. But often times the cleanliness of those washrooms comes into question. So one day I notice the mall management inspecting the ladies facilities and I said to the woman, "you must have an entire team of people just constantly cleaning the bathrooms". And you know what her response was? "Well, the problem is that not everyone knows how to use the bathrooms properly."

Speaking of WOWs I saw a woman breastfeeding her baby on the patio of the Broadway & Cambie Blenz. Made me double take, for certain.

Saw this a lot the last time I was in Hong Kong, a parent would just stop and help the child to pee in the middle of the street. Usually perpetrated by tourists from mainland China. In Hong Kong, sometimes it is difficult to find a public washroom and the shops usually don't allow non-customers to use their washrooms. But in Richmond centre, there really is no excuse...

Wait how does everyone know they are mainlanders or even asian?

I can never guess the race of the person with these pixelated images. I've been screwed over too many times by girls with pixelated pics on erslist where i wish the pixels stayed on in real life.

Btw, I saw this once at Metrotown. A security guy was nearby, and he just about lost it on the little kid. I reminded him that it was grandma's fault, not the kid's!

They should probably stop doing that, it's not very nice.

But it's not the end of the fucking world. It's not like some girl sucking dick in public, and even then that wouldn't be so bad now would it?

I believe our rules of hygiene are a little different than theirs:
Sure, but I wouldn't crack open the champagne bottle just yet, not while we are still pumping raw sewage out to the sea...

Vancouver has turned into a cesspool of digusting people from around the world. This is not a shot at Chinese...but our immigration laws here are a joke.

You clearly don't get it. It's the responsibility of Canadians to assimilate and adapt to the culture and perceived quirks of those entering Canada. Anything less and you owe THEM an apology.
