i seen one agency for sale... bacicaly a name and web sit.... with phone numbers.
But what other tangable assets do they..have...
Relutation. maybe years kf good servise... but that would only be the same if you had thd same girls and staff...but that allways changes
Quality of girls change.. and addidudes of girl have been changing too....So there is know sure thing that the girls will stay working for a new ower
.Then there allso are licences alllow youto run the business..those are yearly ..and migbt not get renewed.. then where the bussiness...

Also the legel aspects that are.questionable

They would have to be a long-standing business with a good name and a large base of core customers. Having a good hiring rep with girls is great too. They may already have an "office" space. A good receptionist doesn't hurt either.

But I have noticed often times is that when the "new" owners take over it is usually down hill from there because they are less interested in maintaining the former standards of the previous owners. When the money starts rolling in it gets harder to say no and sadly standards slip.

If you do not have 24 hours a day to put into the agency you will not succeed. It's definitely not something you can do "on the side". From what I have witnessed.

Sure, it's sellable - for very very cheap. That's because the real asset are the sex workers, and there's literally nothing preventing them from leaving for another agency, becoming independents, or just being plain old flaky and not showing up for work. Plus some become fat, get drugged up, get married, go on to university, get too old, or get sick and tired of it. In short - there's no traditional employment or contract to hold them there.

Lastly, there's too much competition because it's too easy to set up shop from home and advertise on the internet, and a host of other factors that simply don't prevent anyone who is willing to do this work to just start the minute they decide they want to - unlike most other enterprises.

Depends on the Agency, how many years have they been around? Where do they advertise? Do they own more than one name (most agencies have like 5 or 6 names in the phone book and online with different web sites for each name) .. do they have a good rep, do they have a bad rep? How many girls working there? Do the girls have good reviews or bad reviews .. and if you're gonna buy an established agency, best be putting a lady with some business and marketing skills to run that show and treat her good. And don't be going in there looking for free bj's and what not with the ladies, don't play favourites either, in other words don't shit in your own back yard, treat the business like a business. A lot of agencies and massage parlours have gone tits under because of men using them as their personal play grounds and not treating them like a business, shit goes wrong with the sp or the wife finds out or your front person finds out .. and you're toast.

The reason that there is a value to selling an agency is that in many jurisdictions there is no chance of getting a new agency or MP licensed or approved. So buying an already established / licensed place is the only way to get into the game.
