When I read a positive review on the other ERB, it means nothing to me. Intel is supposed to paint a full picture, the good, the bad and the ugly. The other board only shows positive comments and reviews, positive in the eyes of a mod, which can be biased and opinionated.
I like honesty, that's where a good review comes from. One mans dislike can be one mans turn on, which is why perb is far superior. I just wish there were more reviews on ladies on perb, even if they've already been reviewed. People change and reviews are subjective.

Point taken re: C**B. However, the threads devoted to Sunhope contain a surprising amount of critical comments concerning the level of service. Plus there seems to be more attention given to R&T at that board than here. Hence the recommendation. Without a doubt PERB is the place for quality intel.
I've posted a number of times on Sunhope at C**B (that's where I first heard of it). Same username over there, and I didn't write my posts any differently than if I'd posted them here.
In brief: Rose runs the place, she's a middle-aged Chinese woman with a nice body, and is very "friendly". Gives a solid HE, though some say they find her too aggressive (works for me). There have been a string of other attendants in the past few months, and the current girl Jane is very cute and gives an excellent massage, but does not do HE. She does massage you nude, only keeping a towel on your privates when you're on your back, and gets fairly sensual with it - but no accidental touching, and no HE for sure.

Rose is nice, friendly, gives a great massage. As others have reported, she can be a little rough with the finish. What bugs me is I like to try the other girls (there have been some very cute ones who have come and gone) and I get the impression she's a little jealous about sharing her turf. Hence the prolonged "training period" for new ladies, barging in on other ladies' sessions, etc. I get that she says she is being respectful of new ladies' autonomy (letting them decide for themselves about whether to offer happy endings), and of course she should be, but at least some of the ladies would like to offer extended massage services but they are being prevented from doing so by Rose.
It's too bad because this place is top-notch. Very clean, spacious, comfortable, discreet. I think Rose needs to stop being insecure and should realize there's more than enough customers to go around. Maybe the owners need to give her a manager's fee that would encourage her to be more welcoming to new talent. She obviously does run the place very well in other respects.

Well so much for my theory. I went the other day and saw Jane. Rose was nowhere in sight (I think she's on vacation) but the session was same as usual - actually even less teasing than normal (go figure). Don't get me wrong, for a normal massage it's fine, and a fair price, but it wasn't the outcome I was hoping for. Only in Winnipeg do we get such strange hybrid spas where some staff do do! DO! and others definitely don't. How I wish we could have a few more quality places where it isn't so... unclear... about what services are on offer.
Joesmith hotinpeg clearly states that Jane does not offer extra.
I have been there a total of four times and seen apple Kate Jane rose. Jane and rose gave excellent massage right up with RMT. As stated above only rose offers he. Kate is gone but she offered as well but it was so mechanical it was hardly worth it. Will I return. Yes. For the VIP massage rates it is excellent value imho.

I contacted Rose yesterday to see who was working and she said May..I asked if it was the same May that used to be there ..She said yes,so I went there fully expecting a happy ending because May did that before ..Got there and wasn't sure if it was the same girl ,turns out it wasn't and no ending ..She gave me attitude and a very crappy massage ..I asked Rose after what's going on and she said that girl is Maya..So she basically lied to me ..Jane gave a good massage ,but I'm done with this place ..If I want a real good massage I'll go to a RMT and get a receipt..Maya said Rosé can give me the ending ,then asks how much I'll tip..I say 40?..She tells me you can go now lol ..I have no interest in going to this place anymore ..I'll go to a place where I know what to expect instead of rolling the dice and hoping a girl will do it ..Was my fourth time going and twice rose came in and gave me a rough ending and twice nothing

There is something unusual going on. Yes, in my case, the s/p was inappropriate. She began to bargain with me for additional services. When she heard my number, which was similar to cdnguy99, her comment was even more obtuse. She did have her hand out for tip-money at the end though.
My sense is that there is some kind of agenda at work with SH. The strings are being pulled from outside our city. That doesn't bode well for the locals.

I stopped going there for all of the reasons stated, I was developing this fear of waking up in an alley with a kidney missing or something, kidding but Rose constantly on her blue tooth was annoying as hell!

Well, in some cases I *do* go for the massage, actually, which is why I would mention it myself, where relevant. Which is why I have gone to see Jane twice, even knowing that she does not do HE.
There was one other girl, early on when they opened who also did HE, but I don't think she was an employee, just a "friend" who was visiting from Toronto. Other than that, it is pretty slim pickings at Sunhope.

Since when did Jane provide this ?.i find this place very confusing ,they ask if you're a VIP when you get there ..I don't have a number and I'm not sure how you qualify for one as I've been there 4 times ..But Rose knows me somewhat ..Who knows all I know is I'm done with the place !!
Disregard my post I may have mistaken Jane for the other attendant who was Vietnamese with glasses, Id forgotten her name and had assumed it was Jane, dosnt matter she's gone now anyways. Coming back to this thread I realized my error. It was probably Apple....
