Would someone suggest a good and safe gadget for shaving pubic hair (for men). I have a panasonic trimmer but not happy with performance as well as safety. Wonder what other pooners use before visiting SP.

Oh I just bought this thing .. and told some of the ladies about it but you really have to apply moisturizer (sp?) on your patch down there afterwards or you'll pull a dumb move like me and get dry skin the first time I used it .. Balea Shave .. I think it was under 20 bucks at shoppers, came with 3 shave "pads" .. you attach the shave pad to the little hand thingy .. and you rotate clockwise and counter clockwise, but don't press too hard or it will give you razor rash.. better than a razor or waxing imho lots of people get razor rash even after waxing .. the first time I used it, wasn't too great for me personally but I've got really sensitive skin and pressed too hard, second time round though, worked awesome.

on yer ignore list
any good quality beard trimmer set at the setting that leaves a shortish stubble

pubic hair is much softer and finer than facial hair so the stubble doesn't hurt

of course if yer looking for the 'bald nuts' look... well, good luck

porn stars likely get a barber to shave them

maybe some asian spas specialize in shaving ballsacks?

then there's always mr. baldnuts on cl...

I lather up with soap in the shower and use my trusty Gillette. Yes, on the ball sack too.

I use a Philips bodygroom. Comes with 3 attachments for different lengths (much like a hair trimmer at the hairdresser). I believe it was one of, if not the first, razor designed specifically for shaving "below the neck." Can use it wet (in the shower) or dry.

+1
i bought on of these the last time this topic came up, as recommended.
i think there are a few models, so get the expensive one. (they are often on sale at london drugs or best buy)

i use it dry, wet wasn't as comfortable. the wet feature is great for a good soapy clean-up though.
feel free to experiment because it would be nearly impossible to draw blood.

good for chest hair, as well as cleaning up that back of the neck hair between visits to the barber.
i get a lot of positive reinforcement comments from the ladies.

I just use a small palm sized battery powered trimmer. uses a single AA battery and has worked like a damn for years. since it's battery powered it's not powerful enough to shred you up if you slip a little. you may get the odd pin prick if you're careless. before this one I used to use a full size plug in hair trimmer and it worked, but was super powerful and even the slightest slip left 10 little paper cuts on your sack...

not sure where you might be able to get it, I used to have a friend that worked for a salon company that hooked me up.

found the product page for it... http://www.babylissus.com/product.php?pcID=216_218&product_id=204

mach 3 in the shower works fine. for the nut sack, just make sure to pull the skin firm, so the blade coasts along. nutsack is actually the easiest. hardest part is the area where the dick connects to the body. getting the blade into the curve can be tricky and have gotten the odd nick. also get the odd ingrown when they sprout back, but tweezers take care of those. all worth it though as women seem more eager to play around down there when it's smooth and bare.

I have a good quality rechargeable trimmer with all the attachments. Got to say when I use the shortest attachment it is also the most likely to nick the ball sack. Gillette razor and some shave cream hasn't let me down yet

At the age of 14, a Zoroastrian named Vilmer ritualistically shaved my testicles. There really is nothing like a shorn scrotum — it's breathtaking ... I suggest you try it.
love the video,lol.

Something one can never pinpoint
What works for me are those 5 blade razors, good luck and have a steady hand :p
What's great is laser hair removal. It hurts like hell but after 5 times there will be no more need to shave, you dont get ingrown hairs and it eliminates the ugly shadow often left behind by rasors. Also no stubble which can be rash causing and extremely painful. Well worth the money and not that expensive these days
