Ummm just remember to keep the noise level down, the nice part is that it is a nice quiet place
with little to no trafficOMG!
I found a service that books "day rooms" in certain well-regarded and upscale hotels in major cities, and sure enough it has 8 hotels in the Pearson Airport vicinity. An example of one of the better hotels is the Doubletree. I got a suite just off the airport, from 7:30 am to 5 pm , for just $69 plus tax!
Not sure if mentioning it's name violates the terms of the board (mod, you there?)
For Canada this service is currently set-up in Vancouver, Montreal and Toronto (most hotels are by the airport). It's been around for about 4 years. I booked online; booking can even be done anonymously. :thumb: Payment is made to the hotel upon arrival (and the service gets a cut). No cancellation fee.
The service got a good write-up in Toro magazine, so it looks legit. Doesn't seem to be well-known yet; even the very experienced and knowledgeable SP I booked hadn't heard of it before. She said guys usually cab it downtown to her condo during layovers.
A whole, new, better LAID-over in TO! Suddenly the obligatory stop-overs when flying east are bearable.

Now I just have to finalize my last appointment on my way to the airport on my way home.
