Recently there was a thread in 411 by someone looking for a "Mina" in Coquitlam/Loughheed.

There were several brief responses, than a poster suggested that "maybe" the OP was looking for "Nina".

A little latter I tried to PM the OP with something I believed might help because I knew a "Mina". His mailbox was full so I posted for him to clear some space so I could contact him.

Shortly, I received 4 or 5 PM's asking me about "Nina". Needless to say I never answered any of these, but I will say to these members: Who the hell is "Nina"? I have no clue.

Try reading first.

"how submissive are you?" How the hell do you answer that question? "very"? "a lot"?
"what are your rates?" When my rates are posted beside my phone number.
"send me a pic" My pics are in my ad and on my site. Good grief.
"do you do greek?" My list of restrictions are RIGHT THERE by my phone number, if you had read them you'd know the answer.
Or then there's the guys who call and ask me to Dom them (this was before I offered any dom service) when my ads all clearly say I am a SUBMISSIVE. What the hell guys?!

It's annoying because we post the info for the benefit of the client so that they can use the info given to decide whether to call and book and then they can't even be bothered to read that info.

However, I understand that clients feel the need to confirm rates /services/location, but i tell them that if they have anymore questions, to check my website or send me an email.

Clients do not always realize that the time they called with their questions may not be an ideal time for me to talk.

Mina, Nina, etc.

The thread is about a "Mina" but throw in a quite similar name, and it is a different person.

But asking some of these guys to take the time to understand what the topic is: Big challenge for many of them.

If you want to tell us about your knowledge of a girl with a similar name, start your own thread. Thread lost all its continuity.

And for the record, I have Mina's contact info, but out of respect for her, it will be staying with me. That's the way she wants it.

that being said its part of the job so deal with it.

You would not believe the stupidity I deal with every day.
I know its hard, like I work in the public realm and shit its stupid out there.

But I think at least I do respond in kind.
I mean I get a stupid advertizement from a lady and a poor website.
And you have a lot of questions.
I saw a ladies ad it was detailed informative so was her website, there was only one question,
may I have a session.
But not every website was as detailed as hers.

And yes there are very stupid people out there us guys.

Chances are if you asked for a discount then revealed your true intention I'd actually see you and be a good Dom (something I'm not quite confident in) but if you did that and didn't reveal your true intention I'd never see you.

My heart goes out for all you lovely ladies who have to put up with this all the time. My suggestion is that you should charge even more for what you do.

Call it a "stupid" surcharge. They will likely pay it.

Seriously, you keep it since you ladies deserve the extra for all the problem lookie-loos you must sift through to get to a guy who "gets it", and treats you with the respect that you deserve, and not just wasting your time.

I strongly suspect that many of the calls you receive are from people who gets their kicks out of talking in sexual terms with the lady on the other end of the conversation.

Would it be fair to say the number one virtue of an SP is patience? Seems that way.

Seriously, it amazes me that you ladies don't become misandrist; if I was an SP and I encountered that kind of behaviour I would permanently quit the business or out said clients to their family and friends.

So MM, I have to ask. After responding to #15 why wouldn't you just block his email addy so the other 45 emails would go directly to your trash? There are ways of dealing with these morons, am I missing something?

That is what I do. Block! And if they're real jerks, I set up an auto reply ("filters" feature in gmail) with a special message for them. Then any email goes straight to trash and that's it. Bye-Bye. lol
