If you're a single guy looking for a vacation Costa Rica is a mongers paradise. More good looking women here than you can believe... After 5 days in San Jose I am already looking forward to my next trip:cool:

I am staying at La Amistad, great for us guys over 40 because it's quieter than the party places but the closest bar is a block away, and the downtown is a 10 minute walk or a $4 cab ride. The food here is probably the best I have had anywhere.

The girls here are fantastico, prices are anywhere from $35 to $100 (always negotiate).
For example, you can get GFE and BBBJ for 2 hours for $70.00

The travel and exchange are easy.

Try www.costaricaticas.com or google search La Amistad Costa Rica

Can you tell us more about travelling to Costa Rica? I've been doing a little research but it's always nice to hear stuff first-hand.

Like: How long was the flight time, what are the return airfares like, did you go from Vancouver or did you depart from Bellingham, how's the weather, does it appear that this trip would also be fun for a couple of ladies?

Glad you're having fun...the ticas look gorgeous!

Where do you go to find the women? Is there a redlight or bar district?

Hey Arthur,
Welcome to the board. I hope that you tell us your stories when you have time to type them out. I'm always curious to hear about a new mongering location.

There's a bit of interest here and I have a couple more questions to add to the list... do you notice a lot of hotel guests with SP's? Is it pretty open or hidden? And how about overnighters?

I used Redtag.ca & flew United from YVR for about $730. Return with taxes. There is an exit tax here of about $31.00
The trip is about 12 hours, 3 legs down & 2 legs on the return.
The weather so far is great, nice town to walk around in during the day.
Lots of people come to San Jose for a couple of days then go to Jaco for a few days.
I'm sure a couple of ladies could find some fun, depending on what they are looking for...

Hi - there are a lot of bars that the women hang in, as well as massage parlours. In the Del Rey last night there must have been 50 to 70, all types. Avoid the streetwalkers. Some places it's 24/7, except for Xmas & Easter. Check costaricaticas.com for lots of free information. BTW, most of the girls know enough English to get by...

Hi Yazoo There are several hotels where the girls are right in the bar.
There are several more where they are pretty much a common sight - pretty much taken for granted. Some hotels charge a fee for your "guest", this one for example does not.
Nice thing, when a girl(s) comes in with you, they have to leave their ID at the desk...
Overnight (TLN " toda la noche") can be found if you like, as well as 2 girls (or more) at a time.

When I was in Costa Rica I was travelling with a friend and we stayed in out of the way places but we did spend one night in San Jose. When we checked into our hotel I realized that I left something in out rental car. I called down to the front desk and and they got the valet to escort me to the parkade. On the way there I noticed a very attractive lady in the lobby. The valet noticed me looking and when we were on our way back he mentioned to me that if I wanted to meet the lady later he could arrange it. Since he was the same valet who checked us in he knew I was already with a lady but he said the lady would be open to seeing the both of us. But knowing my friend I knew she wouldn't be into ... wish I had tried now LOL. So in my experience if you're looking to play in San Jose its not too hard to find.
Sounds like a great place. One more spot on the ever growing bucket list.
