Give me directions to the Warnings section on any advertising only site, and maybe you have a case to try to force feed ers into having one. He's got his policies and he has his process, if they aren't good enough for you, bring it here just as he says to do, and stop whining about it. The issue is you are trying to force an ad site owner to do what you demand, which is kind of bullying, and if you don't get what you want, you will not just stop using the site, you will make a huge stink and stomp off, slamming the door behind you.

What I don't get is why you all don't just follow the process that he already has available, and continue to post in this section on this board where it is allowed and welcome. No one promised anyone that you could do whatever you feel like on ers, when you want, what you want, and how you want. If you want to complain about an actual rule or policy that is being broken and talk about that, by all means. But you and your lapdog are only talking about trying to make admin there change his own rules and policies and allow what he's already in many ways shown and said he won't.

My lapdog? Right okay, that's hilarious at best! The only people I tell to shut up are you and your bully pack, you guys killed VCA and now the same thing on ERS. You all sit there and bitch and complain about over asian population and the pictures in the ads all the time and when someone else has something JUSTIFIABLE to complain about that affects our businesses you jump all over them. From now I will use the PERB neighborhood watch as the go to place to report and monitor such activity.

Anyone still see any ads up ? I deleted and banned their accounts but these days that doesn't do much with all the IP changing software and options out there.

From today on wards you will see a much more prompt response to all dangerous activity on ERSList and regardless of a user paying for advertising they will be banned when deemed necessary.

Nik, you have some reading and banning to do - you have plenty of advertisers on your site ripping off pooners, in one case using a blowtorch to threaten them! Whenever these warnings have been posted in your own lounge, you or your staff have deleted them. Nice of you to commit to acting now, I guess we'll have to wait and see if you actually do anything about it. While you are at it, how about some of the blatant fake pic users? there's an entire thread created here now just to track those.

I get you need to keep the paying ladies happy. but you keep ignoring the guys who actually pay the bills and we will go elsewhere eventually. Ad sites come and go. There will be a new one along any minute and believe me, if they do a better job of you on these issues, the guys will drop you in a heartbeat. As it is, your lounge is a ghost town thanks to the antics of the paid ladies you have let run wild over there.

Claims of robberies and violence in the end must be proven to some extent, so only after several posts can I go and make a ban. Therefore we prefer those claims to be made on perb, a reputable and independent review board away from ERS.
Action was not taken promptly in the past, and I do apologize for that, but as I mentioned it will be from now on.

Fake pictures are currently apart of the industry. Until clients stop seeing escorts with fake pictures, escorts will continue using them.
We do have ERSVerified and ERSDir in place to encourage real pictures. It does have its flaws and users can and will abuse it. Through community reporting we do un-verify the users abusing the system and we do not sell verification.

ERS is here for the long haul and we are committed to improving the user experience. We do listen to feedback from the community and do not take our position for granted. We want to continue to improve and be apart of this community.

When you see the pattern of disgruntled men versus elated women, it does tend to show that the site caters to the expectations of the sp's rather than the clients. As already stated, if there isn't a better balance, clients will go elsewhere in a heartbeat, as there are already many other sites with new ones emerging. One aspect I see that could have been a great thing, but has turned into a reason why I won't see many of the sp's there is the Ladies Lounge. It should be a forum that addresses safety, yet has turned into a forum where tons of clients' personal information in posted and not for safety reasons either. The bigger issue, is that information does not always stay in that forum. Posting client's names and phone numbers if they pull a no show??? A shitty situation, but that's not cool at all.
