Sometimes it completes the whole package in their minds.
Pretty face, great shape, nice butt and A cups are all good in my book. It's when the A cups become D cups is when there is a transformation occurs confidence-wise. Personally I prefer the B or C size naturals myself but some SP's have some wonderfully enhanced breasts
All I can say is that I dont like them...my ex got hers done and it was the worst
case scenario....from perfect perky A cups too grossly inflated large C cups....fuck did they ever look

Because some girls believe that men think size is the most important thing about breasts, not realizing that for most men, shape and proportion are far more important.
The other thing is that they are more concerned about how they look with their clothes on than with them off, so it is aimed more at an arms race with other women than how they might appear intimately to most men.

It's only a little weird when fake ones aren't made uniformly like soft bit here, rock solid bit here. I don't know why that happens, but it can be unsettling - I don't like playing with those at all.

Women are each others worst enemies. That's one reason.
The fashion industry. They blame the men for that. Actually, it's the women to blame, because they are the consumers. They blame prostitution on the men, who are the consumers creating the demand. The women create the demand for revealing clothing. Big boobs look good in revealing clothing, apparently.
Self esteem issues. What woman doesn't have body image issues?

And there will be lots of women who will love it and won't look at guys who don't have big ones if big dicks became common enough.

Whether just a session with an SP for an hour or an SO forever, small natural are better. They are just the right firmness, feel better, and also age less. I know one SP who got bolt ons so have a 'before and after' from a guy's perspective. I wish she had never got them. I don't even like touching them now, whereas before I couldn't keep my hands off them. She does look much better in a t-shirt though.
...Actually, I like big tits. It is important. But yes, shape is important too. Look at reviews--saggy B's or C's get slammed. Saggy D's can be more obviously saggy than smaller boobs, so bad D's aren't good either even if they are big. Shape (roundness and uplifting) are definately noticed and desirable. So given that sp's can get shape and size with one procedure, they do. Big and round get more looks and attention than small and long. If an SP can't attract clients, she won't be too successful. Boobs are only one attractive factor, but they are a factor when guys are thinking with their little head.
