IME Western women SP's are way more into kissing (mouth to mouth or tongue to tongue) than Asian female sex workers.
This however would include & be almost entirely restricted to dozens of addicted streetwalkers (SWs) in Vancouver vs the same amount of drug free SW's in Bangkok.
I attribute this, at least in part, to a difference in cultures. Western style kissing is not as practiced or desirable in Bangkok as in Vancouver.
BTW a couple Korean SP's i had for incall in Vancouver were not responsive to kissing.
All that being said, though, i've found some ladies in BKK have shown themselves to offer excellent skills & service in DFK.

My experiences in BKK support your claim, or at least that Thai SP's there are more inclined to use their mouth & tongue elsewhere rather than in contact with a client's mouth, rimming included. Even BBFS seems more readily given up than DFK.
