Recently I've had to send a number of small items to customers in the US and the UK. I guess their normal supplier had closed up shop so they came to me. Anyway the items are all basically the same size and weight and are packed in a box approx. 6" x 4" x 4".
I can send these items to the US or the UK as a "Small Parcel" by air and it costs ~$7.00 - 8.00.
Yesterday I sent the same parcel to Coquitlam, B.C. and it cost over $14.00.
How does it cost nearly doublke to send the exact same item to B.C. as it does to sent in to Georgia or the UK??
I'm gonna call Canada Post today although I'm sure I won't really get any kind of a satifactory response.
And then they wonder why so many Canadians have gone away from using Canada Post?
