If u guys are wondering what this is about i I made some comments about nevada management about a year or so ago, I received a scathing pm from pjrd wondering who the hell I thought I was trying to tell Eric how to run his business I pmed back saying hi Eric, it was obvious Eric was not going to let anybody tell him what to do and I made a bet with a friend that the old fool would rather run his business in the ground than ever admit he could be wrong , with this last exodus it appears I am winning the bet but we are all losers, the people who used to enjoy Nevadas, the girls who worked there and especially the man who is losing virtually thousands of dollars a week in lost revenue to prove what

actually no...? I am wondering if anyone knows where she is? Why is it i am automatically management... wow. Because i have nothing bad to say about my time's there? I don go during the day because of management. But i do go in the evenings and on the weekends because i enjoy my time there.

I’ve been a regular at Nevada for close to 25 years. I’ve probably had over 300 sessions there. During that entire period, I’ve had only 5 or 6 truly bad sessions; 3 girls with a poor attitude and 2 or 3 with terrible hygiene. All the rest were good to excellent. So, from that perspective, Management must be doing something right. They always manage to find good girls who provide good service. And, let’s face it, when we deal with other businesses, all we really care about is how we’re treated as clients. We rarely concern ourselves with the working conditions of the employees as long as we, the clients, are treated right. We presume that employees would leave if they’re subjected to abuse or unfair discipline.
As for the disciplinary actions taken there, I think some of you guys are playing the white knight a little too much. I’ve been told all kinds of stories over the years, and frankly, I don’t know what or whom to believe. Just in the past couple of months, a lady who left Nevada told me she was fined $1500 in a single month! I call bullshit on that one. On the other hand, a couple of ladies who still work there have told me they have no problem with the fines, and they think they’re usually deserved. Who’s right? I have no fucking idea. I take all the stories the ladies tell me with a grain of salt. That includes all the ladies in the business, not just current and former Nevada employees.
When we see threads like the Kendra thread started yesterday by Master69 in which he says she flaked on him, as she has been alleged to have done with several others, we get an idea of how unprofessional and unreliable many of these ladies are. We’re always complaining about no-shows by the indies, but we have no recourse other than to not patronize those ladies and to report our experiences on the boards. That’s also why a lot of the ladies fail as indies and return to the parlours – they lack the discipline to manage themselves. They need the discipline of working to a schedule and being held to account. But, what leverage does Management of these places have? AFAIK, the girls are paid only by the session and by tips from the clients. If they were paid by the hour and didn’t show up for work, they would lose their hourly wages for time missed. However, Management doesn’t have that leverage, so they have to resort to fines or shorter hours. Is that always done fairly? Fucked if I know! All I know is that I used to own a business and it was people problems that drove me nuts. I could handle financial and customer relations matters easily, but employee issues…..
I will continue to go there as long as I continue to receive good service and VFM. I will not get involved in their internal matters, nor will I take sides.

Well Avery if u have been going there that long how do u compare Nevada today to what it was ten years ago prior to Belinda and the ridiculous fines I agree there should be some disipline whats going on at Broadways with the trio domination is not right either but the point is the ladies are not employees all thier compensation comes from us in the form of tips, for Nevada management to take that away in the fashion they are is paramount to stealing
I haven't noticed a significant difference over the years as far as service is concerned. I'm also not so sure that the girls are not employees. Again, I don't know who's telling the truth and who isn't, but some ladies have told me stuff that suggests they are employees, not just independent contractors.
Anyway, my point was to remind everyone not to believe everything they hear, regardless of the source. This isn't a normal business where almost everyone has integrity and whose first priority is serving the clientele.
I personally havent been there in well over a year but from what my sources tell me since Jayde left there isnt any ladies left that are young and hot compare that to the days of Janine ,Candy Eve , to name a few
Very good points Avery. I still think that Nevadas could be run better and Eric is a dick but you raise some interesting issues.

Stories that I must admit, I'd likely have fined or fired their asses as well. They all told me that Eric and Belinda never bothered them and let them basically do their thing because they were reliable and brought in the customers and the cash.
One problem the MP's face is their pool of potential employees. Now don't jump all over me but let's be realistic. A lot of young ladies choose this profession because they are not cut out for the 9 - 5 "real" work world. You know the one where you have to get up at 6:30 am to be at work by 8 am and you can't be late or hung over. Then you have to put in an 8 hour day for $12.50/hr and can't go have a nap if you're tired from partying the night before. The decent SP's who are relaible, disciplined and can keep a schedule usually become INDY's because they get to keep what they make. Sure some choose MP's becasue they don't have place to work out of and don't want that but most need to be baby sat and told what to do and when to do it work at MP's. Not sure I'd want many of the gals working at the MP's working for me.

One thing we can agree on is that they are not choir girls or they wouldnt be their , Jesse once vented to me in frustation that the young girls are so damn unreliable but thats what u guys want so what am I going to do, she always had a bevy of young beauties so its obvious she managed to work around it, Eric for many years when he had to compete we places like Jesses ,222 , 205 ect had the top girls in town, I can see where guys like Avery who prefer the older ladies still think Nevadfas is great but the guys who like the young tight ladie3s are sol, to me its when Belinda came on the scene that Nevadas really went downhill as far as the young hotties go, I do not want to show any disrespect for the older ladies still in the business it just than when u p4p u should get the choice of what u want
