You think because after an appointment with you obviously an outcall, that her grabbing a face cloth & towel means that she's leaving you & running to her next client?
The way I see it is she is freshening herself up some instead of taking a shower & likely heading home to have a shower or bathe in her own residence. Many girl's will do this instead of leaving your place wet from a shower. I actually would consider that the provider does take pride in being fresh. Like I said she's likely somewhat freshening up for her ride home till she's in her own environment & has all her thing's needed to prepare for her next client.
DATY can be a very YMMV. If you came walking in, or opened the door & you had a big ole cold sore on your lip the chance's of getting that let alone a kiss on the lip's is null & void. Bad breath too can make an SP not want to kiss you or allow DATY. Halitosis usually means gum disease, which often leads to bleeding gums. Blood + DATY = Never! Believe it or not after an appointment the smell of a client can linger on you whether or not you've got cologne on, everyone has a scent to them. I doubt unless your seeing some very classless provider's, that they aren't going to completely wash you off them.
