I'm looking for a massage establishment that offers a hand release as an addition to a massage, and I'm pretty confused.
According to an Urban Dictionary, "full body massage" basically means massage + happy ending, but I'm sure this is not the case here in Kelowna (there are spas in major hotel chains, that advertise "full body treatments" and "full body massage" on their web sites, I'm pretty sure there is no happy ending there.
As far as I understand, there is no chance of "extras" in establishments that:

Is this correct? Are there any other definite signs that I shouldn't expect anything beyond a therapeutic massage?

How can I ask on phone if there are any extras available? I don't want to be explicit, of course, but I also don't want to be too vague...
