A couple of nights ago I had a couple of girls visit me on an outcall. Both of them gave me a BBBJ another performed DATO and the same one who performed DATO also did CIM and SWALLOW.

In the heat of the moment ... I think I may have compromised my health and safety

What should I do now? See doctor, get checked, abstain from sex for a few months, write up my will ...

Hi BingBong

It sounds like you are worried about the type of sex you had.

As this is playing on your mind I would recommend going for a test. The most common STI that can pass with a bbbj are chlamydia and gonorrhea (these can be treated with antibiotics). If you have no symptoms just wait 2 weeks before getting tested. If you have any symptoms (hurts when you pee, discharge) come in straight away. Here is a link for all the tests we recommend and how long you should wait before getting a test.

It also seems like you are uncomfortable with the level of risk that you took. Being worried about STI after sex can really take away from the enjoyment of sex.

It can sometimes take a few sexual experiences to work out what level of risk you are comfortable with. There are lots of different ways to have sex, it’s a matter of finding out what type of sex feels good for you and what level of risk you are comfortable with.

Here is a link to our STI risk chart for some examples of different ways of having sex.
