It's so bloody expensive how are kids born to middle class parents with only one property expect to go to post secondary, buy a car, buy any type of property, and expect to raise a family? I work in Alberta, I spend half my life there working....I earn the oilfield dollars and bring them home to BC to spend....Alberta sucks...nothing to look at,unless your in like Jasper or Banff, at least there are some mountains there, 7 months of winter...Newfies everywhere..people are rude....every gas station, corner store, well any business in general will rip you off with their inflated oilfield pricing.. 12 bucks for a pack of cheap brand smokes) Believe it or not,My dollar gets me farther here than it does in Alberta.Other than the price of real estate, I actually find the cost of living cheaper here......more bankruptcies there than anywhere, everyone financed to the hilt with their sleds,quads,Rv's..even their TV's ....and with the price of nat gas right now in the shitter, you and I might just be lucky to have jobs....,....but ya..............gasoline is cheaper there.
