I don't know dude,the one's i see when i drive by there are pretty sketchy looking or either jailbait looking.
I don't ask sp's if they do the stroll,that's kind of rude & i haven't seen any of the ones that i've seen down there.(not saying that they wouldn't work down there,times are tough here in Vic) That's why most of the better independants are always touring.

The need of a SP service is wanted in any social level, and why not should the low income fellow get a happy cum?? I dont think people are saying that those with low income should'nt get a "happy cum".
That said, most if not all the girls one would find offering the low low price the origional poster seeks are most likely ones strolling the Rock Bay area.
With that fact out there you can pretty much be assured that there is a high probability that most girls if not all that are on the streets offering themselves for that kind of rate have dependancy issues.
