No, I don't find it attractive. For the bearer of such boobs, she has probably resigned herself to a side-show life, which is sad. But maybe she is happy. Hopefully by the time she is 50, she will have them removed/reduced, but maybe her lack of self-esteem and need for attention would not let her.
