You're welcome.

You came on the thread and called me out as a troll. As usual its not me who starts the name calling.I understood you the first time troll. I know what you meant...and it's aks not axe. Get it right.
You're welcome.
Obama handed the 2012 election to the GOP on a platter and they dropped the platter and shattered it into a million pieces. The debt ceiling issue completely alienating voters on the fence thanks to the Tea Party was the beginning of the end. Clearly Romney is the only logical choice as someone with a remote chance of beating Obama but his nomination will be symptomatic of the weakness and divisions in that party.I am confident that President Obama will be re-elected, with the same popular vote as last time, possibly a small increase. Republican infighting is part of it, but the real reason is that the United States wants to retain its leadership position in the world, and that instinct leads American voters, including intelligent conservatives, to support Obama over any potential rival.
Good idea Al. That's exactly what I will do.Whack a Troll is such an useless activity
Just put him on ignore if you can't scroll past his posts.
So I am not allowed to defend myself? Since you have decided to be hall monitor here go back and look at how Bartdude is always the one who picks a fight with me.Actually it was. Post No. 5 was the first name calling incident on this thread and it was:
As usual. it was you who started a thread on a downwards spiral with ad hominem attacks.
I have no political bias left or right, and I simply read this thread to kill some time in a boring class. Let me just say eloquence and articulation fail you. There is someone in this thread who's points come off as argumentative and confrontational, although PG's posts carry a manner of condescension they also carry some substance, yours however simply hammer at the same moot point hoping to rile someone up and catch them on some insignificant slip up (ie: differences in Canadian and American terms), then degenerate into the above of no liberal has any common sense blah blah blah. Yuck, stick to the discussion and don't make it so personal. So I am not allowed to defend myself? Since you have decided to be hall monitor here go back and look at how Bartdude is always the one who picks a fight with me.
I realize that I am one of the few Conservatives on this board who at any given time is usually being attacked by at least 5 Liberals often including you. I have no problem with that and understand that it comes with the territory.
I cannot believe how thin skinned some of you on the left are. You absolutely cannot stand it and freak out when anyone posts something that you disagree with. Any post or thread that challenges Obama,NDP,Liberal Party, man made global warming is immediately labeled as trolling. If I was on here criticizing the Republicans or Stephen Harper there wouldn't be one peep out of any of you guys about trolling.
I know many of you on the left want Perb to be a board where no Conservative opinions are allowed. Only philosophies that you support would be allowed for discussion. Some of you guys need to grow a pair and start acting like real men.
Just because we disagree with your political views and like to debate the issues is one thing...you being a troll, posting links and crap attacking the centre left leaders don't expect the supporters to welcome your posts with open arms. Of course we are going to challenge you, post different points of perspective on issues....duh!So I am not allowed to defend myself? Since you have decided to be hall monitor here go back and look at how Bartdude is always the one who picks a fight with me.

See.....not just me. Even PG says so.Actually it was. Post No. 5 was the first name calling incident on this thread and it was:

Yes I am aware of Rupert Murdoch's ownership of Fox but until now have had no knowledge with respect to his personal political views. That notwithstanding, Fox is the only major US network that consistently presents a conservative viewpoint. No reasonable person can suggest that the vast majority of US television and print media is not blatantly pro-Democratic Party. You realize that FOX is owned by Rupert Murdoch who has a pretty strong history of supporting Liberal/Labour? In fact, Rupert Murdoch supported Hillary Clinton with the an endorsement in the Financial Times and Barack Obama with an endorsement in the New York Post.
I thought I'd heard everything but this is the first time I have heard it suggested that Limbaugh is a liberal plant. The amazing thing is that you make it sound almost plausible.True. The Democrat party supports world government, carbon trading, government control of economy, etc.. When you look at how Rupert Murdoch and George Soros make their money, it shouldn't surprise anyone that they support the Democrats.
If you look at the role of people like Glen Beck and Rush Limbaugh - ask yourself - does the support of these people help the Republicans or harm the Republicans?
If I support a candidate, I can go and work hard to elect that candidate - OR - I can go and work in my candidate's opponent's campaign and make silly mistakes like "correcting" the poll the campaign's supporters are in. I actually know of a campaign where a person "corrected" the polls for that campaign's supporters on the lists printed for e-day. They lost by 65 votes, the previous election they had won by 174 votes.
That's what things like the Sandra Fluke "mistake" remind me of. The reality is that Rush Limbaugh is too smart to not know what damage his statements would make. Santorum was beginning to build support on his defense of religious freedom. Then - Rush Limbaugh got busy and made his statement.
Take a look at Rush Limbaugh's stints on the air and the political fortunes of the Republican party. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rush_Limbaugh
What jumps right out is that the Republicans do much better when Rush Limbaugh isn't on the air. Bush 43, for instance, lucked out and ran when Limbaugh was off the air and then tried to be a football commentator. Rush off of the air = 2 terms of Republican President, Rush on the air = 3 terms of Democrat President with a 4th term coming up in November.
I'm pretty sure that Rupert Murdoch knows what is happening - Rush Limbaugh, well he may just be as dumb as he sounds. Or, he may not be.
Your post would have credibiity if it didn't single out people on the left.I have a suggestion for all of my friends on the left. Why don't we agree to cease all personal and verbal attacks (calling someone a troll) and let the moderators decide if a post /thread is appropriate?
This is a great example of someone wanting to "keep the fight going" rather than work towards civility.Your post would have credibiity if it didn't single out people on the left.
Fine with me.I have a suggestion for all of my friends on the left. Why don't we agree to cease all personal and verbal attacks (calling someone a troll) and let the moderators decide if a post /thread is appropriate?
If you look at my post, I did not attack you, just disagreed with your post. If you look at your post, you attacked me personally. You have no idea what I want. You do not know me.This is a great example of someone wanting to "keep the fight going" rather than work towards civility.
By the way, you do understand the meaning of the word "we" right?
In the spirit of board civility, I am going to move on and trust that you will do the same.If you look at my post, I did not attack you, just disagreed with your post. If you look at your post, you attacked me personally. You have no idea what I want. You do not know me.
If you look at my posting history, you will see that I maintain a very civil tone. I never attack anyone personally whether I agree or disagree with their opinions or posts.
The question at the end is retorical, downright condescending and arrogant, and not representative of avoiding attacks.
