Best show for me right now is Shameless. Amazing stuff.
Shameless US or UK?

I haven't liked this season of Shameless US as much as the first, and have only just begun watching
the UK original.

I'll stick with it as long as Karen is there (Laura Slade Higgins)...

My last favorite TV show was NAZI HUNTERS.
Those guys can go to hell.
If you've committed a crime against humanity you need to know you're going to get caught and punished.
This show made Simon Wiesenthal and Beata Klarsfeld my heros.
The Nazis lived in comfort while murdering millions.

Wiesenthal and Klarsfeld worked with witness evidence, grainy photos and word of mouth.
It took decades to find these criminals.

But wow things have changed.
My new hero is Jason Russell and this is my new favorite show.

If I did I would have already befriended her, and if that didn't work, hired her!

US, didn't even know there was a UK version! Is it any good? I am liking season two.. great acting and unpredictable plots :)
Yes, the original Shameless premiered in 2004 and is currently in its 9th year.

James Mcavoy played the original "Steve" (Justin Chatwin in the US version)...

Which is better? I can't say... The US version pretty much does copy the UK version verbatim.

I don't want to sound snobbish but I liked the Wire as the better show about drugs. Breaking Bad makes is more personal and an everyman approach. I hear Weeds is a funny version of Breaking Bad but with boobs....
THE BEST!! lol.

But Kristen Bell never takes her top off....so sad..
I never got Kristen Bell's appeal until Deadwood (having never watched Veronica Mars)...

Definitely cute, maybe a bit crazy (see Sloth Video) but not in my top 10.

Been watching the River lately and it is surprisingly spooky.
Watched the first two episodes of the River and it sure is Amazon folklore spooky. However, like Terra Nova I don't think this will be renewed as well. 2012 doesn't look like a good year for Spielberg.

Current favourite show?

Quon Dynasty
As an Asian kid, this show makes me laugh hard.

Also definitely "Metal Evolution" on Much More Music by Sam Dunn, who made an excellent documentary on Rush.
This show is really fun if you like music industry history.

And my current favourite old show.

The Tick.

The New Girl on Fox with the Zoey chick is good one.
Grimm on NBC.
Walking Dead.

And for you sensitive guys out there like me, I think Millionaire Matchmaker is gone and in its place is Love Broker set in NYC. I like it and have it set to record on my DVR.

Then Sarah Shahi took over.
Sarah is gorgeous, but also not in my top 10. I liked her in Life until she disappeared, have seen a few episodes of Fairly Legal (which is shot in Vancouver) but haven't got to the L-Word yet.

Sarah from her Dallas Cowboy cheer leading days:

Another great show that sadly no one watched is Party Down (probably because it was on Starz). I love Lizzy Caplan and was disappointed when her arc on "The New Girl" ended so quickly. Plus it had a few episodes with Kristen Bell.

Luck--but you probably have to have a handle on how the horse racing game works before you fully understand it...Dustin Hoffman, Nick Nolte, Dennis Farina and more in this one
Talking about luck, this new series was renewed for another season by HBO just right after its pilot. Seems to cater to 35+ demographic, as horseracing does, which advertisers like because of their disposable income. Getting the legendary actor Dustin Hoffman alone to star in a TV series is already considered LUCK anyways.

Alcatraz! Love that I can yell at the TV, "heyyyyyy I know that place" lol. Sam Neil does a great job as the good/evil Hauser.
